Crows captain Taylor Walker has been offered a one-week suspension for rough conduct on Geelong defender Zach Tuohy.
The incident occurred in the first quarter of Adelaide’s 15-point win over the Cats at Adelaide Oval on Thursday night.
It was assessed by the AFL Match Review Officer as careless conduct with medium impact to the head.
In summary, the offence is judged as a one-match sanction without appearing before the Tribunal.
Midfielder Bryce Gibbs has also been charged with rough conduct on Cats skipper Joel Selwood and can accept a $2,000 fine with an early plea.
The incident also occurred during the first quarter of Thursday's clash, assessed as careless conduct with low impact to the head.

Contact between rookie Lachlan Murphy and Selwood in the second quarter was assessed after a free kick was paid to Selwood for a dangerous tackle however no further action was taken.
It was the view of the Match Review Officer that Selwood’s decision to jump impacted on the tackle laid by Murphy. It was his view the tackle was below the force required for a charge to be laid, and that the situation was dealt with at the time on the field with a free kick paid to the Geelong player.
