As we approach our final home and away match, I wanted to say thank you for your support during what has been an eventful year.

We remain in finals contention, albeit, relying on other results due to our own inconsistency.

One thing is certain … your support in 2014 has been outstanding. This is reflected by our Club currently boasting the highest average home attendance in the league.

As expected, there is a great deal of speculation surrounding our search for a new CEO and I want to give you a better understanding of the process.

More than 100 people either applied or were approached for the role. The first round of interviews started last week, and those meetings are ongoing. At this stage, we will most likely speak with 25 people spread across South Australia, interstate and overseas, before compiling our shortlist.

I am often asked when will we have our new CEO? Put simply, we haven’t and won’t set a deadline. We are just determined to find the best possible leader.

As you would also appreciate, there is a high level of confidentiality involved, but I hope the above has given you some clarity.
