Crows Foundation contributions
Since 2005, the Crows Foundation has donated almost $300,000 to South Australian charities and helped children in need. We are proud of our achievements and could not have done this without your generous donations and support.
We have listed a small number of the grants the Crows Foundation has given below, along with an explanation of how the money was used and the difference we all have made.
- Camp Quality - $22,000 which helped fund a Family Camp held at Hindmarsh Island, as well as funding for the Commonwealth Games trip.
- Flinders Medical Centre Foundation - $25,000 five years naming rights for Room Two within the Variety Children’s Centre and corporate sponsorship of a playroom plaque, respectfully.
- Starlight Foundation - $10,000 to cover the construction of the entry tunnel into the Adelaide Starlight Room.
- Arthritis Foundation - $24,746 in aid of the ‘Me Managing Me’ Self Management Course for children living with chronic conditions.
- St Andrew’s Hospital - $4,461 donation towards the purchase of a non invasive blood pressure monitor for paediatric use.
- JDRF - $44,317 towards helping find a cure for type 1 diabetes and its complications.
- Royal Flying Doctor Service - $16,000 as a contribution to ensure their services continue within regional South Australia.
- Cranio-Facial Foundation - $11,471 to cover the purchase of a Core Consol Drill/Saw.
- Save the Children - $10,000 in support of the Future Parents Program.
- Leukaemia Foundation - $10,000 towards research for a cure.
- In2Life Inc - $10,000 in support of the RUSH mentoring program for one year.
- Foundation 21 - $10,000 as a support for kids with Down syndrome.
- Bluearth - $10,000 to fund a program in the Riverland area in South Australia.
- Big Brother Big Sister - $10,000 in support of the Y-ISE Youth Mentoring Program.
